 LOTF offers continuous motivation and support towards helping you achieve your fitness goals.  We offer FREE 30 minute sessions designed specifically for you.  This attention to detail adds a deeper focus and dimension in your training, as well as provides our certified trainers an opportunity to educate and empower you along the way. Sessions include: fitness evaluation, nutritional counseling, and staff coaching throughout the workout.
